Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas... a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it's the early 90s. Carl's got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

I think this game is gonna be the best game in the world. Duel weilding and everything. I dont have a ps2 so i have to wait untill it comes out on xbox which is a load of crap! I myself cant wait for this game it is gonna be like a virtual world.

omg i cant wait for gta sa it is gonna be my fav. game of all time i can already tell!!! vice city was a blast and im expecting this one to be an explosion!!!!! its gonna be swwweeeeeeeeetttttt but im a little mad about that it had to be delayed a week but i guess there making sure its perfect so its ok i guess!!! if i were u i would pre-order it cause its gonna be a sell out!!!! can any 1 say "best game of the year"?right next to halo 2. i already pre-ordered mine and i cant wait for it!!!! i've been waiting for this game since i first heard of it and now its coming!!!! i cant wait!!!! :)

ULTIMATE
This game is going to be the ultimate game of the year. You can customize any car and put nos in them, drive tractors, ride on mowers, atv's and a monster truck.

THE BEST GAMES EVER IS GTA SERIES
Color is color its the game your bying not the race you are in it. i think you all have to GROW UP any way the game is gonna be phat you know it and i know it i mean monster trucks oil tankers quad bikes tattoos different hair styles you can actualy put on weight what more do you want.

Im sorry for him hes going to miss out on the best GTA game to date, it only gets better, I cant wait!!!!! His next review will be "oops should have gotten that one, duh"....

YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT?
Listening to people say they wont play this game because of the race of the character is a joke. I play games based on the fun factor of the game. Since GTA has always been a blast to play, I will be playing SA. They had to make the story worth while. To keep it more true the false, picking the story they have required another race. It also adds a new aspect to the game. If your not playing this game based on this then you really need to re-think your priorities in life. This game is already payed in full for me and I personally cant wait. Vice City on Steroids is what SA is and im going to enjoy every aspect of the game. Even more now that I know there is Helicopters in this one too.

IT KEEPS GETTIN BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
This game just keeps lookin better no matter what some of the GTA haters say. I mean theres like deserts and farm land with forests, thats nuts! This is more like a Country than a state. Theres also bulldozers and more breakable objects so u can destroy things and knock them over. Plus theres a **** mountain u can ride ur bmx bike, atv,dirtbike, and monster truck on. Plus the whole idea of new theme, I mean i gotta admit the whole mafia thing got old, the other guys in the mafia wouldnt get in ur car and pull drive bys on other gangs and they wouldnt help u on missions. The gang fights are better two. If anyone remembers the Haitian and cuban fights in vice city, than u remember them just shooting back and forth until the other gang died, but in this they exchange gun fire through their cars and they split up and use different tactics to kill the other gang. ITS AWESOME WHOEVER AGREES WITH ME SAY HELL YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MADD HOTT BUT COULD SOME1 TELL ME....
Aight this game gunna b madd hott i got it reserved.Total control of your player and environment,but could some one tell me if you will be able to keep purchased clothes in your home and than wear them any time you want by going to your closet.Its not like im not gunna purchase,but something I want to get off my chest.

GTC: GRAND THEFT CHEATER
In the past two GTAs, there have been cheat codes for just about anything, And I dont expect anything less from this one. If you havent heard yet - YES there will be a code so you can make it so you don't have to eat or workout. Everybody loves GTAs open-ended world, the gangster thing - is gonna make it so much cooler, after you beat the game, all you do anyways is ride around, doing cool tricks or what not on ur motorcycle or car, shooting people, or cheezin' off the cops, and with ur gangsta lackeys with you, getting up on a ledge where the cops cant drive up and only helicopters can reach, is only more reason to get 5 wanted-stars, and nuking the stuffing out of the losers, one of your lackeys can shoot the helicopter, while you sit in histarics, shooting at the stupid cops and tanks below driving the under-cover cars into the walls and into each other trying to get to you -- funnest thing ever...

GTA IS GOING ROCK
I've been a fan since ever since the first GTA came out, even though it didn't get popular until GTA 3, it's only getting better. I saw new pictures of Las Venturas (Las Vegas) and it looks great. I cant wait to play in the casinos and gamble to become a high roller you know get respected

U GOTTA BE KIDDIN
CRAZY..now im the biggest fan of gta...but any way, grand theft auto SA has been a masterpiece in the making... well, i mean eating sounds cool now but after a little while of playing itll blow i also like the fact that u can FINALLY swim.. and u can rob ppls houses!! anything from a couch to a teddy bear u can nab it in a new mini game they made on it... and dont worry.. they r still gonna have the taxi missions and all the other missions they had. the one thing that kinda bums me is that u arent tommy anymore. i mean they could put sumwhere in the game like as a one of the local gangs or as a mob boss fer missions and that stuff.. the one thing that im reely interested in is that u have so many cars and so much land to explore.. and that was one of my favourite things to do in the other gta games... just explore and see some secret places.. now all the have to do is make a grand theft auto steering wheel! ..and then u can set the driving control to steering wheel..

2 PLAYER
i think that they should stay with the same idea for 1 player mode but also add a 2 player mode...were u could have a split screen 2 player free mode or story mode.

GTA FOREVER
well its almost here and i cant wait.its funny people say that gta is milking it yea not like the star wars games and sports games yea they do bad not.hey dont like the game dont play it and rockstar likes all the negetive talk sells games well to the millons that will buy it we will enjoy those dont like it go play britney s dance beat

this will be the best a lot of people think it will die out but it wont it if it dies out there no purpose fo a PS2 the storie look cool even through i dont like hip hop and stuff like that evey one should buy it!

all i can say is this is gonna be the greatest game ever...and vice city does get old but its still a awesome game the best game to date some people say HALO was the best game....yeah right i just bought an X-BOX and i couldnt wait to play halo and then i finally did and just put my head down and traded it in cause it was terrible And VERY VERY disapointing But GTA Is Awesome the only thing that sucks is you gotta be african in this game i hear lots of complaints about BUT the story to being african is the environment your in THE HOOD as they call it The story just fits it and so on whatever just wait till you see this game its awesome....................................

LIKE THE CONCEPT,BUT NOT THE GLITCHES.
I really like the ideas that Rockstar is putting into gta:sa but will it be as gltchy as Vice City.The glitches was the only prob i had with Vice City. I dont want to be able to fall through the level during a mission or have my car stop in midair and just float.I will probly love the game but if the glitches are as bad as vice city then I think it will cause even more ppl to dislike the series.
